Nude Art.!!

Posting one of ma Fav Nude Art. I like it cause of its raw digital strokes combined with traditional drawing. I didn't change any stroke of the first time, cause I wanted it pure pure raw I can call it;)))

Need to learn a little more anatomy. missing on some places.
.

This is one where I wanted to try some VIVID colors.
CLASHING color scheme [ which is more assertive and aggresive ]  I tried all clashing colors together to see how it works and to make it more splashy and sashy.

Digital Painting_TWISTER

TWISTER : Twister is one of my favorite DP's I've done. Cause of the reason it gave me good confidence in going with the next Digital paintings.

I would like to take Dp's like Twister and practice more ( cause it has one specific place majorly concentrated or even we can work on high details in that particular place as well, try different tones and atmosphere's )

AILEN HOT AIR BALLONS:    Concept Art  |  Speed painting

To do a speedy, I set a time of about 3.5hrs and maximum I try to finish within, but not more than that.
I opened a new 2200x1200 pixel canvas. I use some large brushes to block it up first to get the right proportion and perspestive matched.
I opened a new layer set it to Color Dodge blending mode to glow both the suns.
Then I took some scattered brushed to give the water effect. and for some contrast I adjust with the curve adjustment layer. For some dark saturated color, I use Color dodge or Linear Dodge.  And some final details are added at the last.

One other ALIEN AIR SHIPS coming towards.  Concept Art  |  Speed painting
Same as before , I set a time for this.

KING KONG_3D Digital Matte Painting using UV projections and Camera Mapping

     KING KONG!!
I specifically choosed this film and tried to take a shot from this movie for learning 3D Digital Matte Painting [DMP] using UV projections and Camera mapping.
And to be honest, it was the most challenging composites using multiple layers working with UV's and projections.
More than that, this movie is my biggest inspirations to matte painting and composition, always being curious to try and learn how the other difficult shots are been done. And one other favorite shot from this movie is the view of skull island.
I salute Peter Jackson for his extraordinary output given in this film.
And my favorite artist Mark Suilivan, Deak Ferrad, Yanick Dussealt, Dylan Cole are always my biggest inspiration.

I had a chance of learning Composition, Lighting and merging a Digital painting with photo realistic images were the interesting part here.

Digital Matte Painting

This art was my biggest challenge of  Digital Matte Painting  - A Complete Digital Painting 4600 W 2400 H
Where my challenge and my goal was to bring the overall mood with Compositing, Perspective, Colors and Lighting.
I learned lot of things during this painting, a lot about lighting directions, shadows, bounces, scattering, highlights, colors matching, and the overall composition with perspective with the environment.

Some Variations :

Art of Matte Painting

Matte Painting is an art and not something that can be learnt to completion satisfactorily within a small module without exceptional artistic talent to start with.

Art of Matte Painting - needs to be borne in mind when situating the scene and success of it depends on the measurement of how believable the work is, with an accurate awareness and understanding of detail, light play, color and depth.

Advent of the Matte painter's job has increasingly moved away from creating 2D backdrops of landscape and cityscape to include working with geometry in what is often phrased as 2.5D.

The imperative for 2.5D often needs to be accompanied by photoreal paint artistry, informed by an understanding of 3D projection and the awareness of how the virtual camera might be placed.
